João is a professional dressage rider born in Brazil who is now established with us in Portugal. At the young age of 25, João’s competitive and committed mindset has guided him to success in the dressage arena. He has participated in the 2014 World Equestrian Games, 2015 & 2019 Pan American Games, 2016 Rio Olympic Games, and the 2021 Tokyo Olympic Games.

We knew this young athlete was a force to be reckoned with when we partnered him with Escorial Campline in September 2020. The two quickly proved to be the right combination and this was shown to the world when they made Brazilian history with a score of 70,419% at the Tokyo Olympics.

Team Bronze in the Pan American Games of Toronto Canada.
