 Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction

 In the event of disputes arising in connection with these General Conditions of  Contract,  the  law  of  the  Portuguese  State  shall  apply.  The  competent jurisdiction shall correspond to the competent courts in cases where you are a trader, a legal person under public law or a special body under public law. In case you are not a trader, the legal rules regarding competent jurisdiction shall apply.
